  4. Investment Highlights: The most compelling reasons the business is an attractive investment opportunity. This could include strong financial performance, a robust customer base, proprietary technology, or strategic location.

  5. Confidentiality Statement: A statement ensuring that the business's identity remains confidential until further steps in the process are taken. This reassures potential buyers of the transaction's discrete nature.
